"That's right." she smiled at Salem, still holding the bunny firmly in her arms. "But I'm just going to use the defensive spells to stay hidden, try and live a normal life. I don't really want to cause any problems, or get caught using magic." she shrugged, not really caring about safety.

"Oh, come on. Not even some spells for cooking and cleaning?"
Salem got in line, turning around to make sure nobody stole Mayu's spot before she got in line. He grinned cheekily at her, his cheeks rosy with warmth.
"Once you settle down with somebody, you're gonna need 'em, won'tcha?"

Mayu laughed, getting in line behind Salem. She shook her head at Salem's question. "I can cook on my own very well, thank you. Besides, like I'm going to settle down with anyone." she smiled at him and laughed again.

"Oh, I see." Salem said, nodding. "You will run your very own harem in downtown Tokyo. They'll call you Mistress Black Lotus."
He gave a small bow. "I like that idea. Maybe you'd permit me to visit, every so often?"

Mayu laughed, not that she would do that but it was cool. 'Mistress Black Lotus', she could get used to that. She tilted her head slightly when she bowed, wondering what his problem was. "Oh course, you shall be able to have any of the girls there. Free of charge." she said in her best snobbish voice.

"Girls, huh?"
Salem snickered. "I didn't know you swung like that. I figured, you know, a harem of MEN... but maybe it'll be hot topless guys for you, sexy topless women for me."
He stretched, grinning.
"Sounds good."

"I serve to all genders. Male, female, gay, straight. Whatever. If you have money, you get whatever you want. Or whoever, in this business case." Mayu shook her head, meaning it seriously. Not that she had given it much thought, but it was true. If you served only one type of client, you wouldn't get very far. No matter what business you had.

"Wicked sweet. I might just have to stay permantely. I mean, you make a lot of money doing that, don't cha?"
Salem ran a hand along his leg, sticking out his tongue. "Besides, who wouldn't want a hot bod like this?"

Mayu laughed a little, shaking her head at his movements. "Yeah, loads of money. If you want a permanent stay, I could set you up, all girls available 'round the clock. Most girls wouldn't even blink twice if she had to bed with you, smart one." she added a tiny touch of sarcasm to the last comment for something new.

"You bet your sexy ass they wouldn't."
He grinned, skipping forward. They were next on the Ferris wheel.
"Guys wouldn't, either. Mmmm, I like this idea. I like it a lot."

"Are you turning gay on me, Salem?" she asked, raising her eyebrow. She hurried after Salem, trying not to slip on the patch of ice. Mayu sighed, the Ferris Wheel was only a few feet away. It wouldn't be long before it was their turn on the spinning wheel of death.

"I'm just keeping my options open, is all. Life's no fun if you say 'no' to half the opportunities that come your way."
Salem paused, then reached out a hand, pulling Mayu around the patch of ice, smiling gently.
"Careful. I don't think they allow people with head trauma on the Ferris Wheel."

"Aw no, really? Darn, and here I was all ready for the pretty head thingys." she smiled at him, shaking her head. "Anyway, I would have to agree with you. Gender isn't so important to me, but I do tend to lean towards the male side. Girls just aren't.. Equipt right." Mayu finished lamely, since she couldn't come up with a better excuse.
