He could feel Kit's arms wrap around him. Zeke pulled him closer. "Don't worry I won't let anything bad happen." He said quietly touching his cheek. "Don't be scared." He whispered softly leaning in feelings their lips brush lightly, he pulled back slowly looking into Kit's eyes. "Kit..." He had nothing to say more so just wanted to hear his name. To know this was real. "I'm here for you now, always." He said with a small smile.

He sighed, pressing his head against his shoulder again, letting Zeke's affection wash over him like a healing balm. "This is going to be really hard... isn't it?" he said softly, not wanting to ever let him go. "How do I explain...? How do we even do this...?" he asked, just a few of the questions that were running through his mind. The pain would be inevitable; he had opened himself up too much to not feel anything bad, but he was intending now to push that to the back of his mind, focusing only on making the good moments last as long as possible.

Zeke looked at him apologetically. "Yes it may be hard." He said quietly. "But remember I'll be here for you the whole time." He said wrapping him tighter. "I'm sure people will be accepting." He said quietly. How did one come out? Well Kit wasn't gay so what was he? "Don't worry about it, right now it's you and me and that’s what matters." He whispered to him.

He sighed, looking around himself but not really taking any of it in. Even when he looked at Zeke he didn't actually see him, but a bright haze of comfort. He wasn't physically attracted to Zeke, having fallen in love with his personality and their closeness. He wondered if a relationship like that could ever work, and wanted to warn Zeke, but the words wouldn't come. "Can we... Could we keep this to ourselves? Just until I've got... Until I've worked it all out in my head?" he asked tentatively. It seemed like a huge request, and he hoped that Zeke wouldn't feel offended.

His first thought was hurt. However he realized how hard this probably was for Kit. Zeke looked at him and then up at the sky. "Of course, take all the time in the world if you need." He said with a small smile. "I'm sure everything will work in the end." He said leaning in closer however not kissing Kit. He just kind of stared at him. Kit seemed so perfect. He pulled back laughing a bit. "Sorry."

He pulled back a little, looking unsettled but trying to brave a smile onto his face, "What's so funny?" he asked, his voice quiet, everything about him a little distant. He was trying to find out the next step, how to enjoy what he had and not just feel fear of losing it. He wanted something to hold, something to call his own, and he knew that he just had to embrace it... somehow.

Zeke smiled at Kit. "Why am I laughing?" Why was he laughing? "I don't know I just think that’s what people do when they like each other a lot." He said looking into his eyes again. "I just hope you can laugh when you look at me sometimes. Then again maybe there would be something in my teeth." He joked letting out some more soft laughs. He pulled Kit closer, well if that was possible. He kissed him gently. There wasn’t much to say just a lot of affection to make up. But the sun was already looking orangey. "Aww..." He said with a frown.

He smiled and blushed slightly, looking down as something similar to the beginning of a laugh tried to fall, but it wasn't strong enough to turn into laughter quite yet. He looked up at Zeke, wondering how any of this could have happened, how the world could have been turned so upside down, wondering if he should break free and run, but when Zeke spoke it was felt perfect. "I... think I should..." he started, feeling himself pull away even though it hurt to do so. He wasn't sure how to end that sentence. He felt like leaving, like screaming and crying and laughing and smiling and pushing closer to Zeke. But it was all mounting up into an incredible headache of emotions, which he only prayed would get better given time to think.

Zeke heard his words slowly detaching himself from Kit as much as it pained him. He held on however to his hands, both their hands were laced at the fingers. "I understand." Zeke said with a small smile. "Like I said take all the time you need." He mumbled quietly. He broke the connection in their hands. They stood there. "Get rest, call me, and we can get together again soon." He leaned forward placing another small kiss on his lips before taking a step back.

He smiled, the kiss melting into his lips, tasting like the sweetest drink, only to be brought away too quickly. He knew it was for the best though. "Thank you... you are far too patient," he said, wondering if there would be any way that he could repay him for all he had done. He let go of his hands, feeling empty and void as he took a step back, nervously nodding as he looked at Zeke, then back to where he was going. "Right..." he said, back to Zeke as he began to move, finally knowing that he was suppose to move away from him, walking with his hands deep in his pockets back to his room.
