Melville groaned. His body felt like lead, sticking uncomfortably to the sheets that only barely covered him. His hand rose suddenly, wiping away the sleepiness from his eyes. He struggled to open them, but finally managed it, staring up at the dark cieling. He looked to the window, seeing the moon bright and cold in the sky; it must have been quite late, he reasoned, lifting himself up slowly.
He turned to Salem's bed, thankful that it was still empty, though he wasn't quite there. It was only then that he looked to his own bed, noticing the naked goddess beside him. His eyes widened, the night of passion suddenly running through his mind once more, and it brought a smile to his face. He couldn't help but watch her, admiring every curve, still amazed how easily had cast aside just how small she was when in the moment. He smiled, lying back down, waiting for morning or to fall back asleep.

Mayu opened one eyes, feeling the bed move slightly. Melville must be awake, or at least half awake. "Hey." she smiled, reaching to kiss him gently on the cheek. Not that she would admit it, but she felt a little uncomfortable naked, but that might be because she was just so self conscious. A small part of her brain was working, possibly only because that part of the brain was replaying what happened earlier. She glanced quickly to Salem's bed, checking to make sure it was empty again.

Thump. Thump.
Salem was once again vaguely aware of his surroundings, though he already knew where he would be. The boy's dorms were dark, deserted, quiet, except for the incessant sound of something sliding against the carpet.
The door to his dorm was, oddly enough, locked. He frowned, muttered the words under his breath. The lock clicked open easily, allowing Salem access. As soon as he stepped over the thresh hold, agony and exhaustion overtook him. He slumped against the door frame, panting slightly under his breath as his muscles revealed their agony. He had full control now... and this had happened every other night. So why-
There was voices. Salem's eyes sprung open, the pupils still reptilian as they flicked over to the two forms lying in Melville's bed. With a soft thump, the foot gripped in Salem's hand dropped to the floor, along with the leg it was attached to. The rest of the body was still out in the hallway.
Salem stared, blankly, at the two, easily making out the forms in the darkness. He paused, wiping the blood from his mouth onto his sleeve, and swallowed.
"If you don't ask, I won't." he finally rasped.

He stared, desperately trying to cover himself up as he stared at Salem, barely able to see anything through the darkness, but able to see that he was in some sort of... pain? He felt himself leaning back on the bed, looking at Mayu and then back to Salem; all anger that he would usually feel had disapperated into clear confusion. Don't ask... did that include if he was alright? "Salem...?" he asked slowly, daring not say anymore, not allowing any concern or anger slip into his voice.

Mayu turned around, seeing Salem, and a.. leg? She grimaced, the smell of blood was going to drive her mad. She tried covering herself up, then she stopped, let Melville cover himself, it didn't matter. Salem looked in pain, though she could sense an almost tiredness about him, what exactly had he done to that body? She stared at him, so many questions going through her mind, though one was far different from the rest. Why wasn't he yelling at them or something?

Salem's head drooped suddenly, and he shook himself awake, peering at the body behind him as if he had seen it for the first time.
"Told you not to ask." he muttered faintly. He stared at the body for a couple more seconds, leaving only a quiet, awkward silence in the room before he picked it up again, dragging the rest of the body into the room before dropping it and closing the door with a wave of his hand.
He then stopped to gaze at the two, emotionless. Another silence followed.
"I'm probably not going to remember any of this in the morning, so don't freak out." he whispered faintly. "I'mma sleep... so... keep it down."
Shuffling over to his bed, Salem promptly collapsed, blood spreading and then fading faintly into the sheets, leaving only dark red stains.

He looked over to bed, having stared at Salem with every step. No, this was too weird, and he couldn't quite think straight. Quickly he climbed into his boxers and jeans (under the sheets, just incase) and climbed out of the bed, standing in front of the bed and looking back to Mayu, panic in his eyes. "What do we do?" he half-mouthed and half whispered to her.

She looked at Salem, then back at Melville. She motioned for him to give hand over her clothes, since there was no way she was leaving the sheets with Salem in the room. "I don't know, leave?" she mouthed back, still freaking out about Salem. As for clothes she really wouldn't have cared if she got passed Melville's shirt, she still would have thrown it on. She dared a glance at the body, feeling sick.

He looked back at her, seeing her looking around for for clothes and looked around, grabbing whatever garments of hers he could find. He tossed them all over to her, coming close to her side to be able to whisper to him, "I mean... do we tell someone?" he said, looking over at the... thing, unable to stop looking at the horror of it, even as he felt it was to horrible to turn to. It was strange for him to rely on telling someone else, which just went to show how out of his depth he was.

She dressed quickly and quietly, not leaving the safetly of the covers yet. She glanced at Melville, feeling it strange for him to be asking her anything. "No." she said shortly, staring at Salem's bed. The boy wasn't asleep yet, but it was close, she could sense it hovering at the edges. Mayu sighed, glad that he said he wouldn't remember any of this, if only they could forget as well. "We'll need to clean up the body, hopefully it hasn't stained the floor." she grimaced, looking around the dark room in hopes of finding some kind of cleaning supplies.

He looked over to the bed as he said those words, suddenly looking like a very overgrown child. He just looked at it, afraid to even move around it and yet mildly fascinated. He didn't like what Mayu was saying, and much preferred the 'get out of here' plan. Melville had never been one to trust logic, and had always known only when to do two things; fight and flight. Now fighting seemed out of the way, everything told him to do the other option.
He shook his head, grabbing a t-shirt off the floor and mumbling incoherently to himself. Then, he turned to Mayu, "You know what? No. We don't have to do anything. This isn't our problem. Now I say we just get up and go." he said, standing defiantly. Whatever Mayu said then, he knew he had made his choice.

Mayu sighed, pulling away the sheets quickly. If Melville was leaving, then so would she, no way was she staying alone with... Him. She shuddered and stood up beside him, part of her was smiling. It's what she said in the beginning, but he hadn't listened, now he said it as if she never muttered a word about leaving. Mayu dared a glance at the body, feeling sick as she knew Salem would have to wake up to that.

Melville really didn't like any of this, but he felt like he didn't have any choice. It felt wrong, running away from his friend when he was in trouble, running away from his own room in the middle of the night, running away in general. But he knew it was hopeless; people who were far better at thinking could work there way out of this, but not Melville...
"Come on..." he said, lightly holding onto Mayu and turning her away from Salem and towards the door.

She nodded, walking quickly to the door. The smell was still getting to her, making her have a feeling of fainting. Mayu waited for Melville just outside the door, taking a deep breath of the cleaner air. Well, at least now she knew her career as at the mortuary would never work out. Dead people were just too creepy, and they smelled weird, just like old people.

With a quick look back, having to tear himself away from the sight, he finally was able to step out of the room, closing it lightly behind him.
