Diane smiled and approved, offering him a slight clap, offering a joking "Bravo!", watching it. It was beautiful, but compared to his usual artwork, it just didn't seem to compare. She smiled, and pulled her lips into a tight 'o', blowing at the fire rose as if it was a candle. The air around her span up, swirling around the rose like a mini-typhoon, threatening to douse out the beauty.

Antosha laughed, snapping his fingers again to make the rose disintegrate. "That reminds me. I have something for you." he said, smiling. He clapped his hands again, catching a poster that came rushing out of the air. The paper unfurled, revealing his latest artwork.
Rather then his usual work, this was more of an upbeat drawing.
At the top, big swirling words covered the paper; FMS. In the paper, every student and teacher at the school had been drawn in, in various positions in the boy's dorm main room. Lynn was sitting in the plush chair and table, giving a Tarot reading to Ms Jackson. His eyes were blank swirls of random colors, seemingly fading in and out, Ms Jackson herself was sitting stiffly and tight lipped. Brynn sat by the fireplace, playing with little Luna. His face was drawn with a laugh frozen in place, a string dragging across the floor. Diane was talking with Antosha, both of them were smiling warmly. Mr Seru stood in the corner, the four elements swirling around him as he created a fake Christmas tree. Remi and Scod stood near the buffet table, arguing about who would get the last turkey leg. Dolly and Bee were sitting next to each other on a couch, chatting about their newest clothing. Theresa and Igor stood sipping eggnog in a corner, scowls on their faces. Maon was sitting by himself, reading a book about potions while Lily hovered around him, asking this and that ever sentence. Salem was laughing, dancing to some unheard music. Finally, in the corner, Mayu stood talking on the phone with a pained look on her face. The only on missing from the picture was Melville.

She scanned over the picture quickly, relieved that there were no butterflies in this one, but afraid all the same. It had a message, she knew it; every one of Antosha's pictures seemed to be able to tell her something, like he was trying to show her a piece of his own mind, to compensate for always seeing into hers. She looked through, checking over and over to see if Melville was there, looking quickly for her friends. She noticed Mayu, though, and quickly said, "Why's Mayu the only unhappy one?" looking over the rest of the page.

Antosha snorted, rolling up the poster again. "Because he isn't there." he explained quickly, hoping she caught the drift of who he was. Antosha pulled out the last picture he had draw, this one was even better then the last with much more detail.
Snowflakes covered the 'lens' in the 'picture, so everyone seemed slightly blurry. There were only three figures seen; Diane, Brynn and Antosha. Antosha was in the middle, his arms draped over both of their shoulders. One hand showed the peace sign while he stuck out his tongue at the 'camera'. Diane stood off to one side, covered in snow, she was laughing, barely able to stand up on her own. Her face was red from the bitter winds, eyes half closed as she nearly fell from joy. Brynn stood to the other side, leaning towards the 'camera'. He had put both hands to his head in moose style, trying to seem really funny.

She frowned and knew exactly who he was. She felt like laughing, it was so unbelievable and yet so sad. Melville was obviously pulling her along, getting ready to break her heart at it's peak. She'd seen him do it before...
Trying to take her mind off, she looked at the next picture, raising an eyebrow. She burst out laughing at it, looking between all the expressions. Just watching it made her feel warm inside, reminding her of how much she loved her friends; and love was exactly the right word for it. The two were like brothers to her, filling her with love and though they would fight she knew they would always be there for each other. "What's the catch in this one?" she asked, looking up at Antosha.

Antosha snorted, shaking his head in laughter. "No catch, other then me and Brynn about to pelt you with snowballs." he chuckled, summoning up a snowball from outside. He eyed her carefully, pulling back his arm like he was about to throw the cold ball of wetness right at her.

She looked at Antosha and at the snow ball, her eyes wide and her hand out in front of the snowball, trying to stop him from stopping it, "You dare..." she said, shaking her head, saying in a loud and clear tone, "Seriously, if you try it..." she said, unable to finish any of her threats. She was smiling and on the verge of laughter, but there was a cold seriousness to her voice.

He stopped, throwing the snowball into the fireplace. "Diane, it's time for you to go to bed." he said seriously, staring at her. Antosha stood up suddenly, offering her his hand to take if she needed help to stand up. He had forgotten about her dramatic day, knowing she was probably dog tired.

She let out a sigh of relief as the snowball hissed onto the fire, slowly lowering her head; she hadn't realised before just how tired she really was. Usually she would have argued, but she knew that she had had a very rough day. "Okay..." she said slowly, pulling herself up with his help and giving him a friendly squeeze.
She dragged herself along the room, her phone in her hands as she quickly texted Mayu, "I'll make sure that I charm the door so I can't leave without Mayu entering first. I don't want to find myself 'ghost-walking'." she suggested to Antosha. "Oh, and could you do me a favour and tell her all that's happened today?" she asked, knowing that her friend should know, and she really didn't want to have to talk about it all just yet.

Antosha smiled, giving his friend a hug. "I already did." he laughed, moving aside so one last person could say goodbye. Julie smiled at Diane, wiggling her fingers shyly. She smiled at the older girl before flickering back out, her mouth turning into a small 'o' of surprise.

She smiled to him, mouthing a 'thank you', having the full intent to turn around and just leave, though she couldn't help but give him one last hug, telling him "It's so good to have you back," before finally separating from him and stepping up the staircase towards her room.
