Clashing of the Sibs(WARNING- M for something)

[Lily-Mae]

Lily-Mae watched as her friend fell backwards. She could feel her energy level decrease back to normal. "Here," she said as she rushed over to help Diane up. She nodded her head once Diane was back on her feet, "It's not worth it." Her voice was calm and clear and her eyes said the same. She turned towards Melville and waited to see what he would do. She kept her hands in fists just in case she would have to use Earth if he were to attack.

[(Seth) Melville]

Melville looked at the girl standing between them. He didn't know who she was, but he hated her already; he was giving Diane the chance to pull back at the last minute that she had been looking for, the moment where she could turn around and say 'I'm sorry' and pretend that all was right in the world, and that all of her previous faults had been forgiven. Melville had heard it too many times. "You're not pulling that trick again, are you?" he asked, rolling his eyes, but backing away. "Forget it, it's not worth it..." he said, walking back and leaning against one of the trees, folding his arms tightly and waiting for her to flip out again.

[Diane McLain]

She frowned at Melville, feeling the fire trying to flicker back to life though this time she did her best to douse it before it got to strong. How could he make those simple words sound like such an insult to her? She looked at Lily, and back to Melville, grudgingly saying in a low voice, "Lily-Mae, this is my hopefully-never-to-be-step Brother, Melville, although he adores it when you call him Seth." she hissed the name at him, "And this is his latest eyecandy, and my good friend Mayu."

[Brynn Ciel Devereux]

Brynn had been on a walk spotting a group of people, more exactly, Mayu, Seth, De and a new girl. Instead however of approaching them he had stayed back listening and watching hearing their argument. Thankful for the girl that had stepped in it was quiet now the perfect chance for him to step in to help out De in case. However he turned his head to Mayu shaking it in disbelief. I guess it's true that love is blinding.

He casually walked by pretending to suddenly notice them. He walked up to Diane. "Hey De, is there a problem?" He said knowing there was but decided against telling them he was just an eavesdropper. He looked up at Seth and was hit with a pang of anger. Those words he said. Without knowing it his face had somehow formed a scowl. Brynn realized it lucky his scarf covered most his face. He looked back at De and then the new girl giving a wave and smile.

[Mayu Nami Yoshiko]

Mayu looked between the two, torn. She sighed, walking over to stand beside Melville, watching Diane with concerned eyes. Brynn walked in, shaking his head at her. So, they don't approve, was that really suppose to surprise her? For a second, she almost wished she could talk, or would be talked to but it seemed impossible. She would just be ignored until everything cooled down, then she would be forced to leave with Melville.

[(Seth) Melville]

He looked around himself, knowing exactly what all of this meant. "Brilliant," he said sarcastically, seeing the all too familiar picture. "Everyone comes rushing to poor innocent Dia's side, after all, she's so fucking perfect." he snapped at her, spreading his arms out wide. Their anger was a thing for being behind closed doors, to only occassionally leak out. They were at a standstill; she couldn't touch him in case of hurting her image, and he couldn't touch her with so many people in the way. "Screw it," he said, beginning to walk backwards and away from them all. "Mayu, um..." he paused, not sure what to say to her. He'd never had someone to follow himself before. "I'll see you soon?" he tried, not wanting to split her from her friends.

[Lily-Mae]

Lily-Mae stood her ground. She wasn't about to move an inch out of Melville's way. Her face remained emotionless as Diane introduced Mayu and Melville. Feeling Diane's power wanting to take over again, she gently placed her hand on De's arm. It seemed to bring her back to reality.

Lily's bright blue eyes were relieved as Brynn stepped in as well. She smiled back and nodded her head at his wave. Her eyes glanced between Diane and Melville. The sooner Melville was gone, the better for Diane. So, she was further relieved to see that he was going to leave.

[Brynn Ciel Devereux]

Brynn smiled at the retreat a wise choice seeing as he was clearly outnumbered. He took a few steps back letting them settle thing out them selves still hurt that Mayu would sand up for such a jerk. He looked down watching his breath swirl out and in. He looked back up thinking about Mayu again. Now that he thought about it she was in a tough spot. Choosing between friends and someone she might love.

He would do the same. He looked up at her with no expression now understanding better. It wasn't smart to judge her like that. He'd contact her later to apologize.

[Mayu Nami Yoshiko]

Mayu looked at Diane, shaking her head strongly. "Bye guys." she said simply, walking after Melville. They might be her friends, but there were somethings even they couldn't understand. She turned her head around, looking at Brynn with her own pleading eyes. "Ready to go?" she asked, gently touching Melville's shoulder. She gave up on hoping for the siblings to get along, the school would be divided eventually. You could either be on Melville's side, or Diane's side. No one would be allowed to stay neutral.

[(Seth) Melville]

Melville twisted his expression; he would always forgive her for leaving with Diane, but he doubted that Diane would be able to put up with her choosing Melville. Still, he had let her choose and she had done so, and he gave a small nod, covering her in his arms and breathing the words of a spell, while watching the others swarm around Diane. He shouldn't have been surprised that they were all taking her side, as it had happened so many times, but he had almost hoped that Mayu would have helped change something. He looked down, finishing the incantation, as he teleported them both away

[Diane McLain]

Diane breathed out a sigh of relief, feeling herself return to her normal, if weak, state. She stayed on the ground for a while, looking at where Melville and Mayu had been, and then putting her head in her hands, feeling her cheeks were still boiling hot and probably a light rose colour. "I'm so sorry, guys... I didn't want to drag you into it." she said, looking up at Lily-Mae and Brynn, and looking down as she remembered how she had lost Mayu. "I really don't know what's got into Mayu. Why would she be with him?"

[Brynn Ciel Devereux]

Brynn shook his head. "You're not dragging us into anything, we chose to help you." He said touching her shoulder softly. "And just know I'll always be there for you when you need it, to help you with your problems." It was silent until Mayu was mentioned. "Well...you have to imagine being in her shoes. Having to choose between your friends and someone who you might love. Imagine having to choose all your friends or Antosha." He said looking at her. "Mayu might be confused, maybe she knows what she wants. Either way we will have to accept it eventually."

[Lily-Mae]

Lily-Mae put her hand out for Diane and gently pulled her back on her feet. Her eyebrows furrowed as she thought about what just happened. She knew that if she was in Diane's position she would be furious. Though she didn't know Melville's and Diane's past, she knew that it had to have been something really bad, but than again, Diane introduced Mayu as her good friend and she had looked pained throughout this encounter. "I agree with him," she said realizing she didn't know the name of the boy who was consoling Diane, "It is probably killing Mayu inside to do this. I bet she didn't plan on you knowing for awhile. You know I'm always around if you need anything as well, mate." Her voice was very soft as she spoke, which made her Australian accent sound like a mothers voice.

[Diane McLain]

"I-I-" she began in a flurry, feeling herself being picked up calmly off the ground. "You can't really believe that she won't get hurt from this though, do you?" she asked, looking between the two before shaking her head, "No, you don't know him..." she said in a small voice, though she couldn't help think of how Brynn had put it... 'All your friends or Antosha'? Had it really been so obvious how much she loved Antosha, she thought before remembering how she had inadvertently pushed every one of her friends away for him. But Antosha wasn't a brute, or even a bad person.

[Brynn Ciel Devereux]

Brynn looked at Diane's confusion with sad eyes. "I know chance are she'll get hurt, and we don't know how much either. But it's impossible to change her mind now." He said frowning. "You have to understand De. I know that Anto is different than...Seth." He said distaste in his mouth. "But it's the same feeling." he said letting go of his shoulder. He sighed looking at her and the new girl. Now didn't seem like the time for introductions.
