Lily-Mae closed her eyes as she allowed Abby to clean her up, unsure if she could have been able to do it by herself. Christmas was meant to be a happy holiday, yet she managed to ruin it with the thoughts of her mother. It had been Christmas when she was attacked by her mother.
"You wouldn't mind," she asked with a relieved voice and expression. She just needed a few more minutes to actually feel her emotions and let it sink it. She hadn't actually let herself do this in a while. It was strange how in this moment she thought about how Antosha had said about how bottling things up would do more damage than good. She moved her eyes to meet her own. This time she met her own eyes and didn't see someone she hated.

Stupid. Stupid. Stupid!
His fists pounded the wall pointlessly, each hit harder then the last. He felt like shit, felt like ice, he wanted to run far, far away form all of this. The blood pounded behind his skin, boiling what was left of his humanity.
Run, hide. Go back.
The thoughts were simple, fierce, and merciless. Antosha collapsed against the wall, feeling everything he’d done that night hit him harder. A hardened expression flashed across his face, killing off the deeper darker thoughts. It was time to go back, time to face the music.
His footsteps were light and barely there, just like his emotions. That is, until he walked beside the girl’s restroom. What seemed like a thousand emotions bombed him at once; one moment he was sad, the next pissed beyond belief. It was as if something had been broken, more then once.
Get out of there.
Antosha struggled against the tides, pulling himself farther into the building. Not far off he ran into a vaguely familiar person, Aiden. He forced a smile onto his face, wondering how people dealt with this without the use of medication. “Hey boyo.” He laughed, leaning against the wall for support.

Dante followed behind Aiden, his hands shoved deep in his pockets and his head down. He watched his feet, hoping he didnt run into the boy. He wondered when Abigail and the girl would get back, seeing that the boy was uncomfortable. He himself was uncomfortable but that was normal for him. He raised his head and looked around, noticing the people who he would now be attending school with. He looked down, thinking his all-black attire seemed a bit out of place.

Aiden turned around hearing a familiar voice. Seeing Aiden, dissolved his angry somewhat. "Anto," he half whispered. It took him a second to really take Anto's look in. He looked as though he had been through a rough night. "Looks like Lily's not the only one having a rough day," he said as he shifted his weight slightly and looked at Dante.

Abigail smiled and looked at the girl, hoping she wasnt extremely uncomfortable. She pulled her into a hug, trying to comfort her, even if it was a little bit.
"You ready? We can chill in here a little longer, if you want to get your thoughts together. Im not going anywhere." she said, offering her a smile. "Im sure Dante and Aiden will be fine. Theyre big boys now."
She pushed a piece of hand from Lily-Mae's face, then gave her another hug. "Its Christmas. The most wonderful time of the year, as its been explained to me."

"Thank you, Abagail," Lily-Mae said as she took a deep breath. She was thankful that Abby was there. Her eyes closed for a moment as she hugged her back. She pushed herself away from the sink and let a small smile out. "We should probably go out," she said, "Dante may be a big boy, but Aiden's questionable sometimes."
She began walking out of the girls restroom. Her eyes were glued to the floor for a moment. Than she bumped into someone, "Oh..Sorry." She looked up, realizing it was Antosha she hugged him and held back tears. "Antosha," she said into his shirt.

“You don’t want to know.” He grimaced, putting a hand to his head. Then he stopped. Breathed. Focused. “Anyway, what’s wrong with poor Lily-Mae?” he asked, a small smile on his face. His eyes glanced around, hoping to spot one face in particular. Brynn. But the boy was nowhere in sight. Antosha sighed, shaking his head softly.
He looked down, feeling someone hugging him. “Lily-Mae? What’s wrong?” his voice was soft, much gentler then any he’d used this evening. Out of instinct he put his arms around her waist, gently holding her closer. Then it hit him, almost enough to make his physical body reel back, but somehow he managed to stay. Her emotional bottles were broken.

Lily-Mae let a sigh out. She didn't want to have to repeat what had happened to her as a child. It was than that she remembered that Antosha was a empath and could read minds easily. She could now feel Antosha's warmth. She closed her eyes and replayed her account of what happened. "I told you I didn't do this to myself," she said softly as she buried herself into Antosha more. She felt better. Antosha had that strange effect on people.

Aiden opened his mouth and quickly shut it as he watched Lily-Mae finally come out of the girls restroom and hug Antosha. He was relieved to know that she wasn't hiding. That she was finally dealing with what happened. That she was finally dealing with her emotions. It was killing him to see her hurt. His eyes shifted to Antosha's. He felt a slight ping of pain that it wasn't him that she had run to.

“Lily?” he whispered, keeping his voice simple as he watched the horrible memories. His eyes looked steadily at Aiden, trying to tell the boy to get Lily. Antosha wasn’t blind, he could tell when a guy wanted his girl. Then he looked down, looking at the girl in his arms. Why did they always run to him? Lily-Mae, go to your friend. He can help you more then me. Go to Aiden, let him know your still there with him. The thought voice was gentle, persuading. Far better then his own voice could have been. He let the words linger in his own mind before sending them to her to read. Part of him wondered if there wasn’t something more between Aiden and Lily.

Lily-Mae looked up at Antosha with wide eyes, almost as though she were a lost child. She tilted her head to the side as she listened to his words inside of her head. She stood on her tippy toes, "You're a far better person than you believe yourself to be," she whispered in his ear as she pulled away from him, turning to Aiden and hugging him as she did Antosha. She let her arms wrap around Aiden. His warmth matched Antosha's.

Aiden looked at Antosha with a surprised expression and it quickly changed. "thank you," Aiden mouthed the words as Lily-Mae hurried into his arms. He moved his hands around her waist and brought her closer. "So what happened," he asked Antosha with a serious expression. He could tell that something had been bothering him. He looked flustered when he first got here.

"With Lily-Mae or me?" he smiled, feeling better somehow. The sight of the two was perfect, almost couple-y looking. Lily-Mae? Have you even thought of dating Aiden? he asked innocently, sending it straight to her mind. If she had sense she'd respond using though-speak. Antosha looked at the two, the same smile still on his face. Sanity was reaching him, but then so was pain. He looked puzzled at his hand, then cursed. When had he broken the skin? The longer he stared the more he knew it was true. The skin covering his knuckled was bleeding and swollen. Ha, no more punching inanimate objects for him.

Aiden looked concerned at Antosha's hand. "I'm talking about with you, mate," he said. His arms held onto Lily-Mae tighter, wondering if someone else had done this to Antosha. Was that why he looked so frazzled when he entered the building. His eyes shifted over Antosha's knuckles once again.

Lily-Mae blushed deeply as she listened to Aiden speak in her head. No, she thought, I have never thought about that. Her eyes widened as she saw Antosha's hand. "Antosha," she said said with deep concern, "what happened." She kept herself buried in Aiden and watched. She knew that Aiden would want to help Antosha with anything.
