Evan yawned sitting at the bar. It was quiet, not a dance club, he was in more of a pub with some loud talkers and roughhousers. It was cheap and not bad at all. After all alcohol was alcohol right? He didn't drink much but he did reward himself occasionally with it, making sure however to never get drunk. He knew from experience he became highly influential when he was drunk.
"Another sir..." He said to the tender, a rather young man who looked ready to pounce on Evan. It seemed a lot of people were looking at him. Evan didn't understand why though, he was maybe to young? Did they know? It didn't matter anyways as another frosty beer had appeared in front of him and he took a long sip putting it down with a satisfying "Ahhh..." Evan looked around.
It wasn't too small; it had a backroom for occasions and many tables, a very rustic feel to it. One might say highly respectable. Of course a wide variety of drinks as well. With a few more sips he began feeling heavy, drowsy. This was a sign to stop he put the beer down tempted to finish it but knowing what would happen if he did. He stared at it intently resisting the drink with little effort.

Landon wasnt in the mood for a club club. He was there last night and really, the experience wasnt all that great. Maybe it was just because he was so used to California. Hollywood, California at that. Yes it was his choice to come here and because of that he should really stop comparing it to his home. Being here was pretty much starting all over. No one knew him, he had no rep here, he had nothing. It was him amongst a country of strangers. It had its ups and downs, but right now Landon was debating if he was regretting his decision or not.
Landon hadnt really met anyone yet that really stood out. A few people here and there and emo boy of course, but so far its been.. average. He wanted something different, somethign that was actually going to feel like someone dropped him in a pool of freezing water. Aside from the affects of course.
Landon absently tugged at his hair before realizing what he was doing. He scowled grumbling to himself as he turned to a shop window using his reflection to make sure to fix whatever he messed up. Call him anal but he hated his hair being messed up unless for good reason. Granted his hair was styled in a mess, but that was different.
He turned then eyes watching someone walk into a building. The guy was quite attractive. Smirking he made his way over, seeing it was a pub. Meh... why not. When he walked in, he didnt actually see the guy he had noticed earlier. In fact he didnt even look like he had originally tended.
It wasnt horribly bad. It just looked like a normal pub. In fact hed never actually been in a pub before. If it didnt include dancing and loud music, he usually never went there. Huh.. he stepped up towards the bar, ordering something to drink. His eyes moved over the poorly lit interior.
His eyes stopped falling on a guy about his age about a stool down from him. He seemed to be intently staring at his drink. No one was on the stool between so landon just moved over. You waitin' for it to do a trick or something? he asked, slight amusement in his voice at the guy.

The beer sat still at the bottom of the now cold and moist glass. It frosty exterior melted in his hands. “Gah…” He wiped them absentmindedly on his jeans as he pushed his hair back closing his eyes. Mentally he began going over what he had done today and what needed to be done tomorrow, finally what needed to be done later that he could finish today. His natural organized nature kicking in, of course it was dulled due to the alcohol.
He pushed the beer a smidge away from himself as he could feel someone zone in onto him from the right. The boy grabbed his interests he was definitely good looking. No, no it’s the alcohol acting, you don’t think that way. He reminded himself mentally. The boy spoke. Sarcasm. Evan looked up at him shaking the glass. “Yea, waiting for it to disappear.” He said. There wasn’t any way he was finishing it.
He knew for a fact one more beer would push him over the edge. “Ugh…do you want it?” He said pushing the glass away from himself. “I really shouldn’t.” Of course he sounded like a little girl. No man should turn down a beer right? Already his impressions were bad, he came off as a girl to this boy.

Heh Landon reached over taking his glass. Well.. sure why not. he said finishing off the guys drink. Landon wasnt thinking him a girl for that at all. He just figured he probably had enough, just like he'd said. Better to find someone else to drink it then to have it go to waste. It would have taken quite a long time for it to evaporate even if you glared at it. he grinned at him.
Landon gave the guy a quick look over. He didnt like to be obvious unless the moment called for it. Usually right away it just made you look like a creeper. The guy was quite attractive. clean looking. That was always a plus, and his hair looked great. Always points for people whos hair looked good and he really wanted to touch it to see if it felt as good as it looked. So he had a thing for hair, could you blame him.
Landon glanced around for a moment before letting his brown eyes fall back to the boy. Here alone? he asked. He didnt see anyone coming over, no one coming from the bathrooms. So either he was alone or he was waiting for someone.

He just smiled slightly as the remainder of his beer disappeared. Evan was thankful; god knows what would have happened had he had more. He took a breath. “Heh yea, guess so.” He said yawning slightly as he peered around the pub. He was receiving stares from the bartender. It was a bit disgusting actually seeing as the guy looked twenty something or other.
Evan ran his hands through his hair a constant habit of his. It was clean and didn’t feel like grease or jelly like some other guys’ hair when the styled it. “Ah, yea I’m here alone.” He said looking sideways. “You?” He said trying to keep the small conversation going. He didn’t want to let this person leave so quickly, maybe it was just friendliness, maybe more, or just maybe desperation.
“I’m Austin by the way…but just call me Evan.” He said picking at the empty glass as the bartender offered him another. “No I’m fine.” Evan replied to the offer. “On the house.” The guy said back. “Uhm…” He turned toward the boy wondering if he wanted it. “Sure…” He said receiving a brand new frosty glass of beer, “I didn’t know if you wanted it or not, either way it was free.” He said with a small shrug.

When he said he was there alone, Landon figured well hey fair game. Then again it really probably wouldnt have mattered if he was alone or not. Landon didnt draw the line at people in relationships. To him anyone was fair game as long as the person was interested, because really it was that persons ultimate decision. If they wanted to ruin their relationship then clearly he wasnt as into it as he seemed. most people just looked for an out.
Landon had never been in a relationship before. He had never gone past maybe a few nights with the same person before. He just didnt have a lot of faith in relationships and how could he have a relationship with someone when he wasnt even ready to want someone else into his life. He had a hard time thinking of people other then himself and on top of that he liked his space. He liked not having to answer to someone and he liked not getting into those dramatics.
Besides he knew if he did get into a relationship. He would fail. No point in doing something you knew you were going to fail in. That was just stupid. thats like being drenched in gasoline and thinking maybe youll see if you can smoke a cigarette without igniting yourself. Yeah.. stupid....
Mmm.. yup... Flying solo. he smirked. He glanced over at the bartender his brows going up as he noticed the lingering looks he was giving Austin. Austin but i can call you Evan.. right okay.. I can see how youd get that.. he teased lightly. Mm.. either way I like both names... they have a ... ring to them. Landon he replied.
The bartender offered evan another beer and after a little bit of persuasion evan took it giving it to landon. Landon shrugged, whatever.. he'll take it. He gave the bartender a look and turned back to evan. Wanna move to a back table or something? he asked. Its a bit hard to converse with someone when theres creepers around. he said the word creepers a bit louder and with more emphasis. he hoped the bartender got the point.

He was happy Landon took the other beer. Now it wasn't a matter of him getting drunk, he was just happy to give for some reason. Man, I'm weird. He thought absentmindedly. So this guy was single, why did it matter though? "Yea...solo, I don't see much point to relationships anyways." He said shaking his head "They all end in flames." He muttered quietly thinking on his past relationships.
"It's my middle name." He explained with a smile turning to Landon. "That different...Landon." He said looking sideways at the guys in the corner. "Actually yea, I'd kind of like to leave." He said standing up and walking to an empty corner table taking a seat. "So then do you go to school around here? Or live? I'm sure you could pass for either." He said with a shrug.

Landon smirked and nodded. Mm.. same here. he said though I dont think its really necessarily then ending in flames as them just... well anyway.. relationships dont make sense anyway. I dont even know why people feel the need to have them. he told him. He wondered if this boy really was not into relationships or if he was just getting over a relationship and all anti relationship because of it. Sometimes it happens that way. Then they meet someone else and try it again.
Ah.. he nodded when he explained that evan was his middle name. Different... good or different bad? he asked taking another drink of the beer. He was glad when Evan said he did want to move. he picked up his glasses and followed evan to the back table. Landon sat down. I actually just moved here, i go to the school how about you?

Evan nodded quietly. "It's all in their heads." He mumbled looking at Landon across from him. "They just see other people in relationships and feel as if they need to be in one, even if they fake it all." He faded out slowly on the last part. Evan was one of those people, fake dating anyone to make him look straight. Slowly he was coming to terms with being gay but somewhere still he felt that it wasn't him.
Evan gave a small smile. "Good, it's like trying a new food you love, it's just all around interesting. Then again maybe that sounds a bit strange." He said looking sideways. That heavy feeling in his head grew heavier. Maybe he drank the beers too fast and now they were starting to work. He could feel himself loosen up. Luckily he wasn't a sloppy drunk, just very influential. Then again maybe he wasn't drunk, he couldn't tell at this point. "Really? I moved here a bit ago too, well more like two days. I go to FMS." He said quietly realizing they were in a nonmagical area but no one really knew anyways.

Landon smirked a bit. it just makes them feel .. special.. maybe.. he said. I dont see what doesnt make a person feel special even if they are in a one night stand. It may not last forever, but thats why you go out and get another right? he shrugged. I mean at least that way when they're cheating on you, they cant tear you apart right? he aid. Landon was pretty good about keeping his feeling seperated, call him strange, but... thats just.. hes learned to do that..
Landon grinned then. mm.. sounds good to me. he leaned forward a bit. I like the way you think.. his voice dropped slightly seductively. mm.. same here. Still getting used to the place, but i had figured.. why not you know.. he shrugged. maybe we can help each other out.. he wiggled his brows at him.
((Sorry so crappy :/))

"Yea I guess so." He said quietly. Evan wandered slightly what a one-night stand felt like the next day. Waking up next to the person and then leaving like nothing happened. Did that happen? Does the person leave right after it's done? Evan's mind went off slowly before noticing a turn in conversation and a change in Landon's voice. An alluring sensual voice, sweet pulling Evan closer. He leaned in gently.
"It does sound good." He said his own tone slowly changing into something more flirty and sensuous. "Really? I'm sure we can help each other out with a lot more than just the school." Evan said walking out on a limb with the conversation.
((Mines a little short sorry D: ))

Landon really didnt get relationships. He couldnt even think of that right now. For one... he was way to young to want that. Life was short, why waste that on one person. Plus... they say you have a soul mate. Okay what if you went out with one person while your soul mate was there. You're supposed to have connection... wouldnt you feel that in a one night stand or something like that? So.. if you couldnt cheat on your significant other how would you ever get that connection when you couldnt be out there being with people. Personally landon thought that was stunting you... whether you were looking or not.
Landon wasnt really looking.
When evan leaned forward his own tone getting flirtatious landon smirked. I was thinking the same thing.. he told him. You got a room mate at all? Because Im thinking we can take this back to your room. he said. sometimes landon liked to just cut to the chase. what do you say? he reached his hand out under the table resting it on evans thigh moving his fingers up his leg.

It was looking like maybe he'd know what a one-night stand felt like after all. Evan's mind was hazy. This wouldn't be him completely. He didn't seem to mind just doing this once maybe twice if the chance arose. But slowly he thought of what a one night stand meant. It was just sex. Nothing more. No love, wasn't that what sex was about love? His moral began countering each other when he felt that hand on his leg.
It was new, it excited him. "Nope, I have a room all to myself. I don't think I'd mind some company." He said raising his eyebrow slightly.

Maybe he was getting somewhere. He seemed interested... and maybe it was the alcohol talking but .. landon had been drinking too.. not nearly enough to make him drunk, but he wasnt having a normal night so... this would do. good.. he said and stood up. that guy keeps staring at you and its obnoxious. he told him finishing off his drink and then grabbed his hand pulling him up. he let go once evan was standing.
Lead the way.. he told him. He thought about seeing just exactly what he was getting into by having a little sample, but he figured he could hold off. If it ended up being shitty hed just leave simple as that. Hed done it before he could do it again. Someone could argue well hes hot, well so what. If you cant hack it then you cant hack it. Unless of course landon was int he mood to 'teach'. Sometimes landon just felt generous. He had this assumption that if the person sucked either it was because they had bad sex in the past or they were virgins. In this case he liked to show them just exactly how good it could be and show them some things they could use in the future.
Landon was debating what he was feeling tonight depending on how it turned out.

Evan was beginning to see the whole picture here. He was going off with some guy he just met to have sex. There were a number of things wrong with this, one being that Evan wasn't gay. Secondly he had no idea how to turn on a guy or even do anything he had vague ideas but not much else. Honestly though his head was clouded so these thoughts didn't process as they usually would. Evan just went with things as he took Landon's offered hand.
He stood up shaking a bit. "Yea, there getting kind of annoying." muttered Evan. They watched him leave with frowns. The cold air greeted him quickly making him dizzy for a second. He needed to get back to his dorm or more so to the forest and then transport to his dorm. A feeling of dread and excitement mixed in his stomach. A sober Evan told him this was wrong, that he wasn’t gay and he wasn’t about to have sex with a man. Yet a more easygoing Evan urged this on. So he went, heading to the forest to transport out of there.
Evan needed to make sure Landon got to the right place. “Just get to the front of the dorms.” Evan said with a small smile before transporting out of Henton and into the school grounds landing in front of the dorms. His room was 277. Evan was feeling stupid and probably more stupid when he got there and realized he wouldn’t know what to do except maybe suck.
