Crys's high heels clattered along the smartly polished floor. They made a loud noise on most surfaces, but Crys was never the one to shy away from any kind of attention.
"This totally sucks!" she said under her breath, wrapping herself tightly in a fur-lined coat which barely covered her bare midriff. For several hours - which seemed like a lifetime to her - Crys had been cast away from her circle of friends. How was she supposed to know that boyfriends were off-limits? She stuck by her decisions, deciding that it was all the boys faults and the sooner her band of girl-friends discovered that the less trouble it would be for all of them.
If she would let them back.
She frowned to herself, pulling a disgusted face. There was gossip flying all over the school, and she was powerless. She pulled her hands into the best fists she could manage with her sharp long fingernails.
She would show them. She would show them all. She didn't need those friends, she could find her own - better friends, ones that would rise to popularity as well as her, and everyone would be impressed with how she had transformed them. It would be just like a cheesy American high school movie. It would be just like her dream.

Invisible waves rolled off him, keeping any student who dared come near him at bay. They wouldn't touch him, not anymore. Even if he was silent, even if he was emotionless, he wouldn't let anything bad be said about his sister. Or his brother. The day at the beach still went through his head, reminding him how close he'd been to killing his own friend. His own love.
A girl walked by, no. The girl walked by, Crystal Fedor, little miss bitch of the school. Her attitude pissed him off, though by now he should be used to it. A flicker, then he was inside her mind. Peeling at the memories of today, then he was out. So her friends left her? Served the bitch right, everyone knows you don't sleep with your friends' boyfriend. Stupid whore.
Breifly he wondered what was with himself, he'd never been this emotional before. But then, none of it was displayed on his face. Still ever silent he stepped in front of Crystal, keeping her from moving forward. Eyes not even glancing at her outfit, not giving her the satisfaction.

She looked up and down at the guy standing in her way, a frown sinking deep into her features, though it rarely left her face. "Can I help you?" she asked, not in a way that implied she wanted to help, but that she just wanted to know what it would take to get him out of her way. She put her hand on her hip, his top falling open revealing more skin; not that she minded.
She looked at him up and down, unashamed that she was judging him silently. Soon, she recognised him; he was somehow connected to the deaths - or murders, as some of the students had supposed it was. "Antosha, right?" she said, offering him a sickly sweet smile.

Antosha looked at her, not batting an eyes at her words. Quickly he took off his jacket and put it over her shoulders, a clear message that he didn't want to see her. His face was still blank, not breaking the ice sure to come. If she wanted a pose so bad then she was singing the wrong tune. Money could only get you so far in life.
He would offer her nothing in return, not wanting to play the game with her. She was too disqusting to touch, but some how he forced himself to. Fixing her shirt, making his jacket cover her up more. No need to sell her body for what she doesn't need.

She looked at him objectively, feeling her skin crawl as she tried to find out exactly what he was doing. He was gay; it was obvious from the lack of positive attention, though she had known it before. To Crys that meant he was near useless; the position of 'gay best friend' would have to wait until she had an inner circle again.
She looked at him, pulling away and sliding the jacket back over her shoulders, passing it back to him, throwing it over his shoulder. "Freak," she said, her bottom lip curling as she walked past him.

His eyes darkened, his hand darted out. Catching her swiftly, and painfully. Without hesitation, without remorse he had her against the wall. Ignoring the bodyguards trying to pull him off. He was stronger. He was nearer. She was shit. You got a problem with gay men, hunny? he pronouced the last word as a curse, sickly sweet words. Dark mind voices. The kind that have seen behind the gates of hell, the kind who have shaken hands with the devil.

She shivered, her eyes opening wide as she trembled beneath her. How dare he do this to her. "Don't you know who I am?" she asked, her voice sickly sweet, giving him a defiant look as she pushed forwards, "I could own you. I could destroy you," she said, giving a small pout. "If I wanted, I could even cancel your beloved family's funeral, destroy them and all they stood for. Find evidence to prove how he was cheating whore. Not that it it will be that hard. He was just waiting for the next pretty girl to come along anyway..." she said, fluttering her eyelashes at him mockingly. She made sure that her bodyguards had a very tight hold of him as she continued, "And little Mayu was stupid enough to believe it was really love."

His mind went blank, cold fury wash over him. Without a sound he downed the two guards, crushing them with his mind. Bugs. He moved close Crystal, not an emotion to be found. Antosha pulled back his fist, and let go, hitting Crystal's nose hard enough to break it. He couldn't keep the guards down for long. The it ripped, shifted, breaking free of the bonds. Antosha was no more, only the panther was in his place. The beast snarled, looking at Crystal like she were prey. It jumped, knocking her down to the ground, it's massive paws pinning her down. The guards stumbled, then fell again. His mind too strong for even them to handle.

She cried, her nose was bleeding furiously, it was shattered - but she knew it could easily be repaired, though it would take a while. She was terrified, falling to the floor and staying pinned where she was, unable to move even if he had let her. "Please...." she begged, her chest rising and falling with deep breaths. "Please don't hurt me..." she breathed, looking around desperately to all of the people around. They weren't alone, and yet none of the others were daring to intervene. Even her bodyguards seemed to be holding back.

The day had been moving slowly and Brynn was slowly making his way through the school when he heard a noise. A familiar snarl. His head snapped tot he side unable to see through a slew of people. Brynn rushed through them to see hints of black. A panther pinning down its prey, a girl. He didn't know her well but he'd heard of her. All he really knew was that she was the daughter of the founder of this school and now bleeding in danger.
Brynn rushed out when no one else would. "Anto stop!" He tried pushing the panther off the girl with some success able to get Anto to the side of her. Brynn leaned over the girl to protect her and to assess the damage. Her nose was broken and bleeding. All he could really do was clot the bleeding for now. With that he closed his eyes slowly imagining the blood clotting, he could sense the immense shattering of her nose absolutely shocked Antosha did this to her.
When he opened his eyes feeling a tad dizzy he noticed the blood flow stopped. He sat back on his heels without a word to say rather he stared at the still conscience girl.

Antosha growled, snarled, looking at Brynn with confusion. Then he broke, turning back to human in a flash. Brynn was right he hould have stopped, but the girl went to far. Got his family involved, hurt them. Even if they were dead he wouldn't stand for it. "Why?" he asked coolly, turning off the silence with ease. As if he never started.

Brynn looked at Anto surprised he coul change his emotions so quickly. "Why?" That was a good question why should he stop hurting this girl. "Because no one deserves to be hurt like this." He said quietly looking at the girl. "Because violence is never the answer." It was cliche but it was true.

The girl scrambled away, staying as close behind Brynn as she could, using him as her shield. He seemed to be the only one that could stop this lunatic from hurting her more. "Thank you, thank you..." she said quickly, her voice fast and shivering, as she tried to get her heels flat on the floor, so she could stand and run if he attempted anything more.
She glared at Antosha, covering her bloodied nose with the back of her hand, her voice shaking. Freak... she thought, for once keeping her mouth closed. I hope you enjoyed your days at Fedor, because your time is up.

His anger flared again, barely able to be doused by Brynn's presence. A gut reaction, animal instincts. Whatever. But it was trying to take control now. "Never. Insult. Mayu. Again. Do you understand me? If I hear you speaking about either of them bad again, I will do much more then break your nose." he hissed, feeling ready to snap. "And stop calling me a freak!"

She gritted her teeth, another insult - though directed towards Antosha this time - was on her lips, but there was a lingering fear that held her back. This man needed to leave the school, leave her life for good.
She clambered to her feet, brushing herself down uneasily as she glared at him, still staying behind Brynn and hoping that she was safe. Her nose would take a while to re-do, and she wasn't prepared to wait for it to be broken again. "I guess I'll see you guys at the funeral... if there is one." she said as she stepped backwards, blowing patronising air kisses at Antosha. "Truth stings like a bitch, don't it?" she asked, before teleporting herself far away.
