She bit her bottom lip tentatively as he corrected exactly what she was going to say. She decided it was probably safer not to let him know this, though. She stopped biting quickly, though, remembering her scars. "Pleasure to meet you, Kurty," she said with a nod and a grin, realising that he would probably dislike this name, which is precisely why she said it. She was tough to deal with, and the sooner people got over that the easier it was. She didn't have time to ease people into her eccentric personality. "So, any idea how we get out of this dump?" she asked, her feet skimming along the dusty ground.

Kurt chuckled a bit at her nickname, as if she was marking her territory by calling him that. And surprisingly, it didnt bother him.
"My Daddy used to call be Kirby." He said with a smile, then quickly turned it to a frown. Kurt didnt smile. What was he thinking? He especially didnt smile at little girls, that was for sure. He shrugged, not really knowing the way out. But he would wander around all day, if thats what it took to get his mind off of his wretched mother.
"Ask one of the people wandering around here." He suggested, not really caring if she left or not.

Bexi laughed, the name bringing back memories of playing old computer games. She wondered vaguely if he was even old enough to remember them. "Kiiiirby," she purred, enjoying the name, "Sweet. My friends sometimes call me Bexi Lexi. Not quite as fun," she said squinting her eyes playfully. "'Course, my cousin Mel just called me 'punchbag', on account of... yeah," she trailed out, not quite willing to admit why.
She put her hands back into her pockets, looking around herself to make sure there was no one around still, "Maybe the one who can actually see them should ask...?" she asked, feeling like she was blind to his world.

Kurt looked around, realizing it was entirely too dark for the people to be following them. They were, after all, only visible to him in the light. He didnt know if that was normal or not, but he had just assumed they were afraid of the dark.
"That would involve walking aaaaaaaaaaaaall the way back down this hall, just to get to the other one and find that they probably arent even there anymore. They have classes, too, you know." He mumbled, pulling his phone out of his pocket and realizing he had no signal. He never had any signal when the people were around. He wondered why.

Bexi smiled to herself. For someone so desperate to leave her he sure wasn't making it easy for her to leave, she mused to herself, realising that the trade-mark off-putting first impression was slipping into likability, as with most of her friendships. "Oh, didums," she teased, though there was a kind humour to her sarcasm. "What ever will we do?"

Kurt looked at her, finding her accent -and more so, her language- annoying and cute at the same time. He nearly gagged, realizing he thought something was cute. And to make matters worse, it had something to do with this girl.
"You track back down this long hall and ask them yourself." He barked, continuing to make his way down the hall, and turning the corner. Thr dust was beginning to tickle his nose, making him want to sneeze. He wiped his nose with his sleeve, trying to get the tickling to stop.

Bexi shook her head softly, rolling her eyes as she looked up to the ceiling, letting out a groan, "You seriously still don't believe me? Jeez... can you not even believe I'm deluded or something?" she asked, suddenly wondering if, in fact, she was. She really wanted to check if she had a fever or anything else wrong she hadn't noticed, but knew she couldn't do that in Kurt's presence.

Kurt raised an eyebrow, amazed she was still following him.
"Are you attracted to me or something? Because youve been following he round like a fly to honey. And babe, Im NOT flattered." He slammed his book against the wall, his voice raising slightly with every word he said. He glared at her, the sound of the book smacked against the wall echoing back at him. He let it go, heard it drop to the floor before he started gritting his teeth.
"Youre really starting to piss me off, babe. And I dont like it."

Bexi looked at Kurt, a shocked look on her face as she stopped dead, just staring at him completely taken aback. Then she burst out laughing, shaking her head as she skipped forwards, "Aw, hunny, don't mind me. I'm like this with everyone," she said truthfully, smiling. That really had made her day, and though it hadn't flattered him, it certainly flattered her. It meant that she passed off for someone vaguely normal.
"I'm asexual, babe," she told him, something she had been trying to convince herself of all her life. She had always wanted to hold and be held by a man - or even a woman, if needs be - but it was a greed for what she could never achieve. It was her holy grail, her lifelong ambition to keep her going. But even so, she didn't see the people around her in that way. "'sides, I'm only following you since am lost, and I think the exits somewhere 'round here...." she trailed off, nodding her head vaguely in the direction she was meant to be going.

Kurt looked at her, backing up as she skipped towards him. His hands went out in front of him, trying to keep the girl away.
"Let someone knock you up. You wont think youre asexual anymore, babe." He said, bending over to pick up his book. He tucked it into a messanger bag hanging at his side. He eyed her cautiuosly, wondering if she was teasing him with the comment. Well, it wasnt working, thats for sure. He wanted to keep her as far away from him as possible. He didnt want any part of a woman, this one in particular.

Bexi smiled again, laughter on her mind and generally in a much better mood, "Surely you need to be non-asexual to get knocked up in the first place....?" she asked, looking around with a shrug, "Or very drunk. And I'm not big on either of those things." she said with a shrug. She knew that most people frowned upon her when she said she didn't drink, and that it usually made nights out uncomfortable, but it was hard enough to stop herself from overheating, freezing or generally hurting herself without intoxication. Kurt raised an eyebrow, amazed. Someone who didnt drink. He, in particular, did nothing but drink. But then again, that was him. He LOVED alcohol. And found life much much better with it, rather than without it.
"You. Are. Not. Normal." Or maybe it was he who wasnt normal. But he would much rather put the blame on someone else.

Bexi smiled, though there was something else in her smile. Regret? Sadness? Acceptance? Nostalgia? It wasn't clear, even whether it was happy or sad or not was vague. "I know, I know..." she said, rolling her eyes but slowing down her pace slightly. "It's not like I've never had a drink before. I just ended up in A&E for quite a while and decided to leave it alone," she said with a small shrug in a monotonic, bored voice. It would have been a more interesting story if that wasn't how most of hers ended up.

Kurt didnt know how to reply to that, so he didnt, keeping his hands in his pockets as he turned the corner, seeing the light at the end of the long hall, but knowing it would still be aways away. Only made longer by the fact that he was stuck with the girl until they got to the end of the hall.
He took her by the shoulders, not grabbing her hard, but merely resting his hands on her. "Now do you think you can make it down the big, scawy hall or does Kurt here have to hold your hand?" He smirked as he said this, letting her go and walking in the oposite direction.

Bexi smiled, feeling the pressure of his hands pressing against her shoulders, smiling in surprise. She hadn't really expected any physical contact from the boy. "Uh... I dunno, it is a pretty big scawy corridor," she said, attempting her best puppy dog eyes that she could manage. "Am I really that bad?" she asked, not really expecting an answer, and actually prefering not to have one, as she quickly asked, "What are you going to do here all on your lonesome, anyway?"
