Mayu smiled shyly and Mr Seru again, even after Ant had tried sneaking into the class. "Yes sir." she said politly. She sat back down in a hurry, wanting to learn as much and Ant had, and maybe more so she could finally beat him. Not that she wanted to, exactly, but it was so annoying how he could always answer their unspoken thoughts.

Seru smiled glad to help out with questions. "Okay then..." He said still not looking at Antosha. "Nice of you to join us late." He said having not even looked at Anto when he walked in. Psychics was great. He smiled. "I'll let you off today, but next time I won't be so forgiving." Seru stood up writing the final point of the lesson on the board. "Let loose, after your focused just let loose with the spell and put feeling into it and thought." Seru said walking over to his desk. "Short lesson right?" He said absent-mindedly.
"Well theres not much, also I will be having an extra lesson on elemental magic for anyone interested. Go check my note in the foyer before tomorrow." He said. "You can learn how to do this..." He put his hand out a little piece of ice forming and molding above it. It sharpened into a little dagger and shot across the room melting on contact. "Fancy." Seru turned around. "So any more questions? No homework it's only the first day...I mean really." He said looking through his papers.

Diane watched Antosha enter, not all too surprised that he had arrived late, and slightly irritated that he had arrived at all. She could feel the knot of emotions turning more and more obscure, fraying and biting back every time she tried to relax. She would learn to cope with it, eventually, she was sure, and so nodded to the teacher, finding his voice oddly even more relaxing. She wondered if the teacher abused his Psychics as much as Antosha, or if he had ever done it without realising.
It was a short lesson, for which she was particularly grateful. She wasn't too interested in the idea of coming to the elemental lesson, but she knew that her friends would almost definitely all be there. So, a chance to her have her room all to herself, or a chance to be with her friends? At that moment, it was a tough call.

Seru noticed no more hands. "Well if you have any questions I'm always here at least and hour after class and before class you can talk with me. And with that I dismiss you all." He said closing the book on his podium. "Don't forget about the extra lesson tomorrow, I'm telling you it'll be interesting..." He said as student began filing out. He sighed plopping down in his chair behind his desk looking through some papers for tomorrow night.

Antosha sighed, he had been regretting this moment. Ms Jackson had told him to talk to Seru about controlling his empathic gift. He gathered up his books and walked up to Mr Takashi's desk. "Mr Takashi?" he asked shyly, hoping the teacher wasn't mad about him being late to class. After his talk with Ms Jackson he had went to the library and got some books covering anything about his empathic ability, and spent all night reading them.

"Please call me Seru, Antosha." He said still looking at the papers his glasses low. "What can I help you with sir?" He wouldn't read his mind to do it, he knew better than to intrude on others thoughts. He looked up from behind the glasses fixing his scarf.

Antosha blushed slightly and nodded, forgetting to correct himself. "Ms Jackson sent me to ask you about possibly getting extra lessons or something? She says I need you to teach me control over my empathic ability, as well as reading others thoughts without meaning to." he explained, wishing he had a paper he could show Seru. Somehow that would make it seem easier to believe.

Seru turned toward him in the swiveling chair. "My at this young an age forming empathic bonds?" He said looking at Antosha. "I suppose I can help, but not much seeing as emotion is such a strong force. Stronger than even magic itself." He said it in a somewhat dazzled voice. "The heart is after all a very strong thing." He meant the heart as in feeling. "I suppose if you want to meet me after classes for an hour every day we can get this under control. Does this sound ok?" He said turning back to his work.

Antosha smiled with relief, even though Seru said he wouldn't be able to help much. "Thank you sir." he said. For a minute he wondered why Seru would be dazzled at empathy. It wasn't fun at all, and it annoyed Diane more then anything.

"Of course sir." He said fixing his papers one last time before standing up. "Well I'll tell you when we'll meet soon but you have to leave now, I want to go get some lunch." He said fixing his glasses and heading for the door both of them leaving. "And don't forget to go to my extra lesson!" Seru said smiling.
