Ellie looked up at her and nodded understandingly. "That's okay," she replied with a smile. Tests were important, no? Maybe they could continue some other time.
"Okay, that sounds good!" she replied in answer to her offer. She shifted her hood that had almost fallen down and clipped her bangs back. She hated it when they came loose, and it happened too often. So annoying.

She smiled, quickening her steps as they walked through the snow, around to the other side of the Cafeteria where the rooms for men and women stood like grey pillars against the white background. "Guys and girls," she said, pointing to each in turn. "Guys and girls are always in each other's main room though," she told her, as she opened the door, stomping her feet to get the snow off of them. "You know your room from now?" She asked.

Ellie followed her closely, staring up at the rooms with interest. She'd never slept anywhere but her own bed; this would be different.
As she entered the room, she nodded slowly. "I...I think so. I hope." she replied with a small laugh. She glanced back and forth between the guy's and girl's, making sure she knew the difference. Usually, she would be able to remember with no problem. She was just a bit anxious, she guessed. Why was beyond her.

She nodded, looking at her sympathetically. "You'll do fine here, honest." she comforted, seeing the nerves and remembering her introduction to the strange world. "Hey, I'll catch you around then, 'kay?" she asked, though was walking back and waving her away before she could reply, her movements beginning to get frantic as she practically ran up the stairs to her room, ready to study the all important test.
