Aiden fake pouted and than laughed. "Abby, it is a pleasure," he smiled warmly and sat across from the two girls, that way he could easily face them. "I am guessing you are new here, eh," he added as he shook some of the snow that had been lingering on his coat and hair. He clasped his hands together on the table and rubbed them together slightly, hoping to get circulation starting again. Why did snow always have to be so cold. His eyes shifted between the girls. He raised his eyebrows slightly at the girl, feeling her nervousness, "You don't have to go. I don't bite."

She watched her closely. She knew what she should have done, and what she would have usually done, but for some reason she didn't listen too closely to that screaming voice in her head. "Abigail, wait..." she said slowly, standing up close to her and staying close, her hand softly on her arm as she told her, "You don't have to go. These are just two people. They're my friends, and I'm sure they'll be your friends soon, too. So please, don't go?" she asked, wondering if she sounded as desperate as she did in her own ears.

Abigail's cheeks flushed. Then a blush crept to them.
"I.. I dont like people.." She mumbled, biting her lip. "Or.. should I say, people dont like me.."
Of course! What a time to stammer! Abigail never failed to choke in the nick of time.
"I.. Really.." she mumbled, looking desperatley at Diane. She looked down and wrung her hands in her hoodie pocket.

Lily-Mae frowned as she watched the girl. She hoped that Abigail would stay. She had known what it was like to walk around the school without friends and it wasn't fun. She plopped herself in next to Aiden and leaned away when he shook himself slightly, making a face with it. Only, to be fake pushed by him. "Making friends here is really easy," Lily said with a small smile. Her head tilted to the side slightly when she said this. It was the truth. Friends was always a good thing.

She looked at Abigail softly. It was like no one else was there as she watched her, even as she could hear the occasional inputs of the two Aussies. "Exactly," she said about Lily-Mae's statement. "These guys are good people. I mean, I've only met Aiden, like, once, and I already consider him as a friend." she said, "They're nice, and they will like you, and if they don't I will beat them up, OK?" she said, giving a playful wink at the two.

Aiden smiled and winked back at Diane. "A friend of De's is a friend of mine," he said as he stood. It seemed proper to wait until the girls sat for him to take a seat. After all, he was a gentleman. "This person likes you," he added with a wink at Abagail, "I promise." He looked at Diane with a smile on his face. He was happy to see her again.
Lily-Mae stood as Diane did and waited to see what would happen. She nodded her head in agreement with what Aiden had said. If Diane considered the girl a friend, than she would be only too happy to do the same.

Abigail gave in, figuring that she wouldnt win the fight anyways. She sat her bag down beside her. She kept her head down, her hands wrapped around her coke. She discreetly put in her earbud, trying not to be rude, but expecting them to pay her no attention to begin with. She chewed on her lower lip, something she does regularly but never realizes it. Her foot tapped to the beat of the song she was listening to as she half heartedly listened to what they were saying.

"See, you already have at least three friends. Not bad for being new..." she told her. She smiled, mouthing 'thank you' to both of her friends before taking a seat beside Abigail, facing towards her so that she would feel more included, whether she wanted to or not as the case seemed to be. "So, what are you two doing at this neck of the woods?" she asked Aiden and Lily-Mae.

Lily-Mae smiled at Diane and Abagail, but she couldn't tell if the girl was listening or not. "He dragged me all the way down here for snowball fights," she said as she punched him in the arm.
Aiden rolled his eyes, "Lily-Mae, snow is NOT going to ruin your hair." He leaned in towards Abigail and watched her listen to music. Did she think that they were going to ignore her? "We are matching," he said with a smile. Clearly, referring to his snake bites.

Abigail looked up as she saw him lean in. She blushed deeper and looked at him quizically.
"I-Im sorry.. I didnt catch that.." She mumbled, pulling her earbuds out as she turned her iPod off, her eyes never leaving Aiden's. She pulled off her hood and ran her hand through her hair.

Aiden smiled as the girl appeared to be slightly embarrassed. "I said we are matching," he repeated as he bit his lip to show her his snake bites. His chocolate eyes bore into her green eyes. She was very shy, he could sense that. Being a half empath, always helped to get to know someone.
Lily-Mae's bright blue eyes shifted to Abagail's snake bites. She smiled slightly, "You two do match." Her voice was soft and just as smooth as Aiden's. It was almost as if they were brother and sister. "And you know I don't care about my hair," she said to Aiden with a frown, "I just don't like the coldness and snow equals cold." She looked slightly towards Abagail, hoping she would agree with not liking the cold.

Abigail shrugged.
"Where I come from, its never cold.." she said, quickly looking down. "Its always raining. And when it snows, its not enough to do anything with.. Except one year. It got knee deep.. In some parishes.."
She shook her head. Why would she mention that? "Sorry.. That was irrevelant..." she mumbled, chewing on the back of one of her snake bites. She reached across the table for her coke.

She looked at Abigail, suddenly only able to see her snakebites. Piercings of any kind freaked Diane out, but snakebites were the worst. "Yeah, well we're famed for Typical English Weather, aka rain and misery," she said, leaning back on her seat and eyeing up the giant and terrifying rides around. "This must be pretty weird for you having snow at Christmas," she said to Aiden and Lily-Mae, noting their accents. "Where are you from, Abigail?" she asked.

Abigail looked up at Diane and smiled for possibly the first time that night.
"South Louisiana." She said, in a way that only a Cajun could. For a place that most people mispronounce as often as they change underwear, Abigail has heard it all. More often than not, its pronounced as Loo-zee-anna, which is quite possibly the one mispronunciation that she hates most, for it sounds like a farm animal.
She smiled to herself. Maybe this place wasnt so bad after all..

"Everything is relevant in it's own sense," he said with a wink at Abby. Aiden leaned slightly towards Diane and smiled at her response. Indeed it was strange to be in a place that snowed regularly. Clearly, he was adapting more so towards it than Lily-Mae. He half glanced at her and returned his gaze to Diane. "The coldness only gives you a better reason to be closer to that special someone," he said with a wink.
Lily-Mae tilted her head to the side slightly and watched as people ran about throwing snow at each other. She hated being cold. Too much memories resigned in coldness. She caught herself before she started to drift into her own world by listening closely to Diane's words. "Diane can you do me a huge favor," she asked pleadingly, "Aiden promised he would help too and I would love it if you were to help as well Abigail." She needed people to be there when she tried the element of fire. Just in case she was to lose herself, she needed people there to bring her back to reality, or to at least stop her.
