He forced himself to think, to focus on the beast. Ever since the night fighting Mathew it had seemed more dominate. It had always been a part of him, that much had been clear to him when he killed without remorse. But this was worse. Now he could break at any moment, break for the beast to come out. The beast would kill anyone in it's path. He sobbed fresh tears, crying for the lost loves, crying for his new found silence. Words escaped him, leaving ragged gashes in it's wake.

She curled her legs up onto the seat beside him, wrapping her arms around herself as she had wanted to do to Antosha, but she was still afraid that he would strike out and hurt her. Not that she would have minded at this point. "Shh... it's OK...." she said softly, "let it all go..." she said, realising that her words were conflicting each other, but not really sure what else to say.

Antosha snarled, feeling himself lose it. He pulled back, locking away all his emotions. Silence filled him, breaking even the beast. He stood quickly, moving half-way across the room before lashing out. Keeping everything in check. The only flicker of his pain was the fire, burning high and bright. His breathing turned to gasps, pulling at his hair to remain in control.

She stood up slowly, watching him concerned, waiting for something. She froze, a realisation coming over her. She was standing, waiting for him to return to him and return to calm; she was waiting to be his redemption. She looked at him carefully, wondering quickly what to do. He needed someone better than she was, someone that didn't want to save him for personal reasons. The kiss still tingled across her lips, itching as much as the drying tears.

Antosha stood up, shaking himself. He gave Diane one last look, saying his goodbyes with his eyes. Still not trusting himself with verbal words. A final thought crushed him, he gave a blank expression. Thrusting his heart away like a turle would it's shell. With that being said, in his own way, he turned around and walked away. The fire instantly dying.

She watched him, closing her eyes tightly as she felt him walk away from her, telling herself it was the right thing to do, biting her bottom lip. He had chosen rightly, to escape and seek his own redemption.
"Antosha." she said shortly, turning around to where he was going. Her heard beat fast. Why had she done that? Now she needed to think of something to say. "T-take care of yourself... Don't do anything stupid," she said softly, her memories of the stupid mistake she had made burning brightly in her mind.

Antosha turned, feline eyes peering deep within he soul. It escaped, fur flying as it leapt as Diane. Flying to the side with a furious yowl. Antosha was fighting it, from the inside. With his last remains of humanity he leapt into the forest, growling at anything that came in his way. He'll be back. Julie said sadly, following him quickly.

She watched as her life flashed before her eyes, ready to take whatever the beast would throw at her, staying perfectly still.
She stood for a moment, before turning around slowly, watching the form of Antosha running, her heart racing quickly as she heard Julie's words. He'll be back. She shuddered, a tear forming in her eyes. He wouldn't be back; a stranger with Antosha's body would be there. She was sick; sick of picking him up, sick of him breaking her down, sick of having all of the pains of a relationship and none of the love.
And then, out of the blue, the second wave came.
She fell to the ground, her entire body shaking and coming dangerously close to throwing up. She looked up one last glance at Antosha, before closing her eyes tightly. No more distractions; she had to face this pain alone.
