Mayu narrowed her eyes with envy, she had wanted to get her hands on that book for ages. Nothing would be better then a magicaly amplified healing ability. "You are so lucky, do you own the book or did you find it at the library? I've been looking for it for ages but so many of the copies have been ruined or burned." she said. It was a shame to see a good book burned, but something couldn't be stopped. There had to be something in that book important if they wanted to burn it though.

Brynn heard Ant's slurred words. He sighed. Anto was wasted. "Your saying that because your drunk..." he said grabbing Anto's arm placing it around his own shoulder in case Anto fell. "Come lets go get you some water."
Brynn trudged out of the bathroom holding Anto's weight and placed him on a seat next to Mayu, Diane, and now a new kid who he'd never seen. "Hey guys I'll be right back..." Brynn walked to get some glasses of ice water. Walking back he gave one to Anto. "Here drink this." He said sliding into a seat next to the new boy.
"Sorry everyone, I didn't know you guys were here." He said grabbing a glass of water taking a sip from it. "And hello new person I've never met." He said turning to him.

Diane watched as Brynn half-dragged Antosha across the room and over to their table, bringing her new glass of water over to them and was about to offer some to Antosha just before Brynn got him one. Everything seemed to be going suddenly very fast to Diane, and she could hardly keep up with the spinning world. She held her glass in her two hands, only aware that she was shivering because of how many ripples appeared in the water, as she took a healthy gulp. She knew then that she was past hope with water, and if she didn't get another alcoholic drink soon then she would crash. Thankfully there were still drinks on the table from Mayu's scavenge, though she didn't know what any of them were.
"Want a drink?" she asked, offering Brynn one of two drinks that looked fairly similar in colour and smell. She hoped that they would be the same, and that he could tell if it was any good or not.

Antosha looked at Brynn, trying to work around his swollen tongue. "No no no, it's true. Your really cute. I've always thought so." he admitted, wondering where the water had come from. He looked absolutly crest fallen when Brynn chose to sit by the nerd rather then him. Looking down, he realised that drink was still in his hand. He took a sip, wondering if it was vodka. It wasn't, it had none of the familiar kick of vodka. This had to be water, if anything.

Brynn looked up at Diane. "Oh no I'm fine thanks I try not to get too drunk, party pooper right?" He said laughing a bit. Anto was still slurring his words to a point where Brynn could barely understand. He took another sip of water. He sighed. "Anto you should ground yourself...but I'll still take the compliment whether it came from alcohol or not." he said smiling a bit.

Antosha smiled stupidy, he couldn't help it. Maybe he shouldn't have gotten drunk before he came, but who cared? No one would talk to him and Mayu had all but dissappeared. Wiht a sigh he heaved himself out of the seat. "I don't feel so good." he said before stumbling off to the bathroom.
Clinging to the sink he rid his body of the toxins, hoping to gods that he didn't miss or hit his shoes.

Diane found herself blushing and taking the drink that she had offered Brynn for herself, muttering, "Suit yourself," under her breath as she took a drink. It tasted foul, but most of her tastebuds had been sufficiently numbed. Now Antosha was complimenting Brynn to her face? Was it really so much for her to be told things without having the aftereffects spill all over her? She thought she was meant to be friends with Antosha, and now she had never felt more like a stranger. Luckily, she knew she would remember next to none of this in the morning - only the dull feeling of stupidity and hate.
She quickly dived out of Antosha's way as he rushed to the bathroom, taking her seat back with a look of disgust, and the knowledge that she'd probably be doing the same thing soon. "Aren't you meant to go hold his hair up or something?" she told Brynn, more bitchy then she thought she could ever be.

With a bit of disgust Brynn watched Anto rush off. He took another sip of water listening to Diane's somewhat rude comment. It was quite obvious her dislike for him right now. Instead of snapping back he turned it around into a joke. "I don't think his hair is long enough for me to hold back." He said smiling hiding the slight hurt. Then again it was his own fault. The relationship between himself, Ant, and Diane was a strange one. Diane like Ant who like him and Brynn kind of like Anto back he wasn't entirely sure of himself.
Diane really didn't like Brynn too much but put up with him because of Ant. Brynn never meant to offend Diane in any way but because he existed and because Ant like him he always did, involuntarily

Antosha washed his face off and walked back to the table, much more sober then when he left. "Sorry, no more drinks." he grinned, making his own little joke. Though he'd only been gone a few minutes Diane and Brynn looked like they were ready to kill eachother. "Umm, what did I miss?" he asked, slidding into the seat alone.

She was about to give back another hurtful comment, but found herself unable to as Antosha found his seat beside them once more, looking a little healthier then he had before. "You were quick," she commented, taking another deep sip, hoping to get the distant feeling back. Right now, everything was far too close for comfort. "Are you going to be alright? We can take you back if you want?" she asked him, avoiding his question completely.

Brynn watched at Anto's arrival. "No everythings fine." He said taking a sip of water again. "I think I might be leaving soon...It's getting late." Which really meant he wanted to be out of Dianes presence afraid she'd make another swipe at him. He just smiled not meaning to hurt her in any way though. Just upset they couldn't be friends, because of a guy.
He just looked at Ant. "Well are you feeling better?" he asked a bit worried.

Antosha shook his head, something was in the drink that wasn't alcohol. "De, did you see where that beer came from?" he asked. His stomache felt a little funny and he no longer felt the effect of the alcohol buzzing against his head. "Wait, why are you going?" he asked, suddenly aware of Brynn's comment.

She shrugged at him, and said, "I don't know, Mayu got it for us," she said, adding, "She managed to get loads of drinks for us."
She was going to ask him if he was alright, offer to take care of him, but she knew that Antosha would like nothing more than if Brynn did all that, and she knew that she was probably pulling Brynn away from him. She slid off her chair carefully, and said, "Actually, I'm going to head out. I'm not feeling all too great either." she said, finding it suddenly hard to walk in her heals again. "I'll see you guys tomorrow?" she asked sweetly, even looking charming to Brynn.

Brynn stood up as well. "I think I'll be leaving too, I'm sleepy." He said. "You can walk back with me Anto?" He offered. "Uhm and you too Mayu if you want to leave." He said but then stopped. "Or you guys can go with Diane it doesn't matter to me." He said fixing his hair and watching the two.

Antosha smiled and slid out of his chair, walking up to stand by Brynn. "See you tomorrow De." he said, smiling sweetly at her. Yeah, he knew he should walk with her to calm her down, but really Mayu would be better at that. It was a shame eveyone was leaving so early, it seemed like he only just got there.. Maybe if he hadn't showed up drunk they would all be having a good time still?
