Mayu stood up and walked over to Diane. "You boys have fun, you hear?" she mimicked, trying to sound like a Texas girl. She laughed at her pitifull joke, knwing it wasn't funny. "Let us go De." she laughed, smiling wildly. She hadn't been paying much attention but she could tell everyone was in a sour mood.

Diane looked down, suddenly feeling very sorry for herself. The whole point that was everyone was meant to stay without her, and that without her everyone could just enjoy themselves and loosen up. She picked up her bag and said to Mayu, "You really don't have to, I can walk back myself. I just need to get to the forest and I can cast myself back to my room. I don't want to end your night." she told her, though looked at Brynn and Antosha with the same look, hoping that they would also take her advise.

Smiling at Mayu's attempted accent, Brynn noticed Diane’s look toward him, but being too stupid to interpret it. "Well I guess I'll see you guys tomorrow..." He said waving to Mayu and Diane. He started walking out waiting for Antosha. "What a tiring night..." He said absentmindedly.

Antosha hurried to catch up, trying not to stumble over people's feet. "You missed most of it." he said, smiling shyly. He felt too big, too lanky everytime he went around everyone. Maybe it would have been better if he was born shorter. He walked in silence most of the time, lost in thought to what Ms Jackson had said. "Hey, Brynn? You pay attention in Seru's class don't you?" he asked, suddenly wondering if she had been telling the truth.

Brynn smiled at Anto stumbling around. "Hm?" He looked over at him. "Yea, it's one of my favorite classes. Why do you ask? Something bothering you?" He said tilting his head a little. The sun had set and they were outside now. It was a tad chilly as well. He waited patiently for Anto's answer.

ANtosha debated, was he allowed to tell Brynn what happened outside of Healing? He shrugged, it didn't matter. He still would. "Well. You know how I left the class real fast during healing? Well Ms Jackson came to find me afterwords, she listened to my explanation. Then she said I'm a really talented empath, that I've made an empathic bond with you and De, and that I've been reading peoples minds without even meaning to. Is that even possible? I though you had to have years of training to read someones mind.." he explained, rushing through every word. When he was done he stood there, looking down at Brynn, his eyes filled with confusion.

Brynn wondered this. "I'm sure it’s possible. But I don't know how you read my mind." He smiled. "I had Mr. Seru put that barrier spell around it." He pondered this. "But yea I'm sure you can feel so strongly for a person that you don't even need practice. Like two minds melding together kind of." He said, and then realizing that Ant probably felt so strongly toward Brynn he could create that link. For a minute Brynn didn't know what to think. If he found it flattering, or if he could even feel the same toward Ant. He liked Ant but not even he was sure how strong it was. "Uhm..." he was struck silent.

Antosha looked scared, backing away from Brynn. "I'm sorry, but I should go." he said hurriedly. Yes, he liked Brynn but he didn't want to tell him this way. He shook his head, fighting back the tears threating to break free. "I'm sorry." he said again, unsure of why he was sorry. He turned to leave, towards the staff houses maybe then come back to the forest to go home. He was just glad he didn't have to share a room with Brynn, that would not have been fun.

Brynn was still shocked when he left. "I..w-wai..." He walked after him grabbing Ant's wrist gently stopping him. "Wait..." He looked down trying to cover up his eyes. "I..I don't know how I feel toward you..." Brynn said softly. "But I do know that, I don't like this...this you being sad over me thing." He said looking up at him. "I just want you to be happy." He said wrapping his arm's around Ant's waist in a hug.

Antosha sighed and pushed Brynn away, somehow knowing this wouldn't be the last time he would have to do that. "No problem, I'll back off for a bit, okay? Besides, that's not why I have the empathic bond with you, your just one of my friends. So I guess I wanted to keep track off you, emotionally, in case you ever got in trouble. But hey it's all cool, see you in class tomorrow." he shrugged, shoving his hands deep into his pocket.
He didn't want to say that, but if Brynn was confused then it would be best if he just back off for awhile, give Brynn some breathing space. His eyes softened a bit, staying mad at Brynn was just impossible for him.

He could feel Ant pushing him off. He released the one thing anchoring his confusion. Everything else was a blur. "I.." He couldn't say anything. Finally Ant was walking away. "Uhm...I...uh" Nothing formed. It was strange. He didn't know what to do. Suddenly he felt small, weak, and vulnerable. What did this mean? He stood there, looking down unmoving. Wondering whether to chase Ant or not, thinking he'd only be rejected again. Why was it that when he was with Ant he didn't know if he liked him but when he was away he wanted him? He didn't know anymore. Brynn felt stupid and childish for hugging him
Brynn stood there for a while not doing anything and when his feet got tired he just sat on the ground wanting to disappear. This wasn't like him. Something was wrong. He had to be sick. I mean he didn't get this way over a guy he was confused about. He stayed there for who knows how long.

Antosha stayed his distance, close enough to watch Brynn but not close enough for him to be seen. Right now he didn't want to be away from Brynn, but he couldn't help it. Sometimes you had to back off, even if it wasn't the easiest thing to do. Or that's what he told himself anyway, he couldn't dare like Brynn when all this was going on.
He watched Brynn carefully, wondering if he could walk back into the street light. He dared it, walking closer to Brynn again. He looked so confused, so fragile. It was breaking Antosha's heart to cause Brynn any sort of pain, it felt like someone had stabbed his knife with a heart and now they were twisting it.

Brynn's head was low so he couldn't see Antosha walk up. He didn't notice him. Brynn's head was beginning to hurt from the tears that wouldn't come. He was wrapped in a silence. It was getting colder and colder by the minute. He'd eventually need to teleport out of here.
Brynn stood up still looking at the ground and biting his nail not seeing Antosha. He turned his back toward Anto and looked up at the moon. The moon. Such a beautiful thing. Brynn was like the moon. Still, peaceful, bright. He wasn't trying to sound self-centered. He was more like a full moon, one that was full of those qualities. Another strange thing is that the moon affected the ocean, and the ocean was a lot like Antosha.
He looked back down his strange moment of peace melting away. He began toward the forest.

Antosha kept after Brynn, far enough away that he wouldn't invade any space, but close enough to stop anything bad from happening. Not that he was worried, but nothing bad should happen to Brynn, ever. It was a rule of his, protect his friends, no matter the cost. He sighed, everything here was so much like a movie, yet nothing went as planned. Maybe he should have approached Brynn, said he was sorry for being so cold. Yet Brynn hadn't seen him, or maybe he just didn't want to.
It didn't matter, not really. As long as he could keep Brynn happy nothing else mattered.

Nothing made sense to him anymore. He'd need to scry for some answers later. However now he was tired with emotion and a bit of alcohol. He made his way swiftly to the forest teleporting out.
