Antosha looked up, confused. He could have sowrn he heard her voice saying something about standing up. "I guess I am." he admitted with a shrug. It wasn't all that important to him, this drawing was. With a sigh he kept drawing, using his mind to remember how she was laying. What was Psychics again anyway? He couldn't remember, it had something to do with minds though.

Mayu looked up from where she was walking, seeing Brynn coming towards her. "Yeah, Antosha and Diane are at the beach. Come on." she said, walking towards them. She had already been back to her dorm to change into flipflops and another bikini, the light purple on. She had on a pair of shorts to keep herself from being overly exposed. Looking up ahead she say Ant and De talking, Ant already had out his sketchpad. With a laugh she pulled on Brynn to hurry up,knowing she looked like a little kid.

She looked at him, a look of shock on her face, shaking her head lightly as she warned him, "Antosha, you can't just do that," she said, her voice deadly serious, "You can't just read my mind when you feel like it, I have private things in there, like I assume you do to. How would you like it if I read your mind?" Probably just get lots of images of Brynn, she thought darkly, knowing fine well he could probably hear that too.
She turned suddenly, saying "Speak of the Devil," as she waved over Mayu and Brynn, smiling widely.

ANtosha looked seriously at Diane. "Relax, I'm only reading the surface thoughts and the ones with stronger emotions. For your information they would not be about Brynn. So there!" he exclaimed before moving back to his picture.

Brynn smiled walking behind Mayu. His fixed his shorts a bit kicking off his flip-flops to feel the warm sand. He remembered a towel as well. The sun was getting bright as the afternoon approached. "Hey guys..." He said looking at Anto to Diane. "Oh don't let me get in the way of your drawing." Brynn said steeping off the side putting his towel down to sit. He looked at the ocean filled with inspiration. He loved the beach. The sand and water was the perfect things. However it was getting pretty warm. He tugged at his shirt a bit debating whether or not to take it off. However Brynn was pretty self-conscious so for now he'd leave it on.

She considered his words as Mayu and Brynn approached him, not even turning to see Brynn as he sat down besides them. He could only feel the surface thoughts? This made her slightly relieved; surely if she was actually in love with him, then he would have seen that almost straight away. And yet, she remembered how she had felt when Mayu had told her about him and Brynn, and when she had seen the picture. Was she just being a possessive little girl, or was she just feeling betrayed that yet another secret was being kept from her?
She bit her lip, curling into a ball, "You heard all of that, didn't you?" she groaned, suddenly realising.

Antosha nodded grimly, his eyes moved from his picture to Brynn. The picture of Diane was already done so he flipped the page and began work on Brynn's picture. "No one is keeping a secret from you." he answered for her. Sure, he felt a little bad but this was a good way to have a conversation in front of Brynn without him knowing what they were talking about.

Of course not, she thought, her inner voice shrill with violence that she would never dare speak aloud. I only realised I was blocked from both your past life and your love life in one day. How come Mayu gets to know about me but I don't even know she exists? I feel like I don't know anything about you, and I thought we were inseparable.
She looked down, trying very hard to practice what she had learnt in Psychics years before, chanting to herself Think of nothing, think of nothing, get out of my head, Antosha, think of nothing... over and over, her face growing a deeper and deeper pink, worsened by the fact that she knew Mayu and Brynn wouldn't have a clue what was going on.

Antosha sighed, Diane was trying to block him. "There are somethings you didn't need to know. Besides, I had forgotten about Mayu, and seeing as she didn't go here at the time she seem unimportant to us." he explained to Diane, not even blinking at her violent thoughts. "I'm sorry about this Brynn." Antoshasaid, forcing a smile.

Think of nothing, think of nothing she still continued to think, barely even hearing his words. She was curled into a ball, trying to only concentrate on her words, the washing sound of the sea whisping onto the shore, the faint hum of the wind against her ears. This was a peaceful place, or at least it was meant to be.
"Sorry, Brynn," she said, barely aware of what she was saying, since she now found herself unable to think before she spoke them. "Antosha was trying to get some information out of me through Psychics. I'm sorry I can't speak in front of you, and I'm sorry I made that comment last night." she said. She would have been shocked, but she felt completely numb, all emotions drained from her body and mind.

Brynn watched the silent talk. "Oh no it's fine and don't worry about the comment." He smiled. "But, personally I don't think its right to be reading people's minds, there can be some very personal things in there." He said smiling tapping his own head. "That’s why I had a barrier spell put over my head for some protection." He looked around. Mayu seemingly not talking much. She seemed so isolated lately. Diane and Antosha always talked but she was kind of the third wheel. He walked over sitting next to Mayu. "You know we don't talk too much..." He offered. It was true they were only friends because of other friends.

Mayu looked at Brynn, wondering why he would be talking to her. No one rarely did, so she kind of sat there, waiting to be called on or maybe to be noticed. "It's not Ant's fault. He reads your thoughts without realising it, most of the time he will react off of others emotions." she offered, wondering if that's why he was there. She looked back at the ocean, finding a calming smoothness to the crashing waves. It was the sea's personal melody, as if it were alive and talking. She smiled, wondering what would be out there; could it be just more waters, or could some kind of dark secret be held beneath the ocean's murky water? With effort she shook her head, forcing herself to focus on Brynn.

Brynn listened to her. "Well I know no one can get in my head, again I placed a barrier around it..." He said looking out to the ocean as well. And rather than seeing something beautiful he saw something evil. The ocean was deceiving a beautiful thing, soothing at times, but destructive at others. To an extent he compared this to Anto. Anto was great but could so easily change emotion. At least in his eyes. Brynn laid backward on the sand pulling out a lollipop. He often kept some on him. Weird? He offered a cherry one to Mayu.

Mayu looked at Brynn, taking the lollipop with shaking fingers. "It's pretty isn't it?" she asked, motioning to the ocean. To her, hiding candy in your pocket wasn't weird at all. Nothing could surprise her, and that reminded her.
She still had that present for Brynn, it was an orginal copy of "A Vinco Rector ut Divinatio" Or "A Master's Guide to Divination" if she translated it to english. She smiled to herself and pulled it out of her bag, it was still wrapped with the simple silver ribbon. She thought he would like it, knowing him and his Divination thing. Passing it to him wish her free hand, she smiled. "It's for you." she stated.

"The ocean?" He said looking back at it. "It's beautiful as well as deceiving." He said smiling at her. "It can be so pretty and peaceful but destructive too." He said.
He looked at the book his eyes widening. "H-how did you get this?" He said grabbing the book and sliding the ribbon off gently. He opened the pages smiling. This was rare edition of the book. The closest to the original copy. "Mayu...how did you know?" He said smiling at her. This had really just mad his day.
