"You didn't even have to ask." he said, rushing over to Diane as soon as the pentagram had faded. Antosha put his arm back around her, glad that the spirit was gone now. Well, at least safe enough that he wouldn't kill her. He smiled grimly, knowing this wouldn't be the last time something like this would happen. "You alright?" he asked, looking at her with concern. Julie sighed and faded back to nothing, she was still there but no longer had the energy to maintain her appearance.

Ms Jackson nodded, her mouth a long thin line. She didn't need to be empathic to tell what Antosha was thinking; they both knew that this wasn't the end of it. Not for Diane, and not for the rest of the students. How many of these spirits existed? "I-" she fell short, stepping forwards and tugging on the bottom of her jacket, trying to maintain her cool composure. "There's a lot I should be getting on with." she excused herself, leaving the room before she could say anything else.

She put both of her arms around him, pulling him tightly into a squeezing hug, holding as tightly as she could. She was alive, and what was more was that she owed that to Antosha, who she was afraid didn't even like her any more. "Thank you." she said, giving him another squeeze. It was lucky that she was naturally so weak, and weakened even more by how everything had taken chunks out of her energy. "Thank you so much..." she said, smiling widely. She didn't care about the future, only the present mattered.

"Hey, let's get you home. Alright?" Antosha smiled at her, knowing he would have to teleport her out of her. It was a risk letting her know so much about the secret room, and letting her know the way here was even worse. He would have to settle with teleporting her to the girl's main room, hoping she'd make it to her room alone.

"Um..." she said, pulling herself back so that she could look at Antosha face to face, though she had to look up to do it, and she kept her hands on his sides. "Actually, I was sort of hoping that I could get an actual conversation with you?" she asked, smiling sheepishly. It had been so long since she'd been able to have a talk with Antosha without the world collapsing around her, and she had no urge to return to an empty room. "I mean, not in here, the dust is playing holy hell with my lungs," she said, coughing at just the right moment to accentuate her point. "But if we go sit down somewhere, maybe Mayu can meet us and take me home?"

"We can go to the girl's main room and talk there?" he suggested, shrugging his shoulders. Antosha wasn't all that worried about talking, he did plenty of that. Even though she thought the world might be caving in every time they had a conversation, big deal. It was better then nothing wasn't it?
